They are a terrible Airline. Don’t ever fly with Air France if you don’t want massive delays and your luggage broken and no customer service to take your complaint seriously !!!!!! Never again.
Their sight is full of advertising to sell their useless services and full of complaints for lost luggage, missing luggage and clearly unhappy customers which they clearly do not address and just give full excuses and forwarding them to your non existent customer services, anyone would be crazy to fly with them! Never again
