Starting October 2018, Iberia will be flying five times a week between Madrid and Tokyo.
The two additional flights scheduled between Madrid and Tokyo every week will commence on the 20th of October. As from that date, Iberia will be operating five flights a week between the two cities instead of the three.
With over 102,000 seats on this route in 2018, that is 13.14% more than in 2017, the airline has a clear commitment to the Japanese market.
The Tokyo-Madrid route will be operated with A330-200, which has a capacity for 19 passengers in Business class and 269 in Economy.
This new schedule will facilitate and speed up the connection to Tokyo from 22 cities in Iberia’s Spanish network.
