Monarch announced the addition of flights and holidays to its summer 2017 schedule.
This includes two new routes: Birmingham to Porto and Manchester to Dubrovnik.
Flights to Porto from Birmingham start on 28 April 2017 and will operate three times a week on a Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
Flights to Dubrovnik from Manchester start on 29 April 2017 and will operate twice a week on a Wednesday and Saturday.
There will also be additional flights to Gibraltar for summer 2017 from Manchester Airport. A new Tuesday flight has been added to the schedule totalling five weekly flights to the destination in the summer from Manchester Airport.
As well as the new flights to Dubrovnik from Manchester, Monarch has added a Tuesday flight to the London Gatwick programme. There will now be up to five flights a week to Dubrovnik from London Gatwick.
Marjan Schoeke, Monarch’s Head of Network Development comments:
“We are delighted to be announcing Porto from Birmingham Airport and Dubrovnik from Manchester Airport to the network for summer 2017.
“Flights to Porto follow on from a successful launch from London Luton and Manchester airports back in September.
“We continuously refine and develop our network strategy looking closely at where and at what time our customers want to fly. We are delighted to announce that for summer 17 we will launch new destinations and increase frequencies to our most popular flights.”
The extended summer 2017 schedule follows September’s announcement of three new destinations to the Monarch network; Stockholm, Zagreb and Porto.
