Oman Air has announced an increased service on its Muscat-Paris route which will now operate daily, non-stop flights as of 30 October 2016.
Abdulrahman Al Busaidy, Deputy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer of Oman Air, said:
“As the national carrier of the Sultanate of Oman we are delighted to be boosting frequencies from five per week to daily flights between Muscat and Paris Charles De Gaulle.
Oman Air first launched flights from Muscat to Paris in 2009. Its flights have grown in demand and increased from four to five flights per week and now to the daily service. The flights have attracted huge demand for travellers flying from Paris to the Middle East and from Paris to Muscat and onward destinations.
I would like to thank our trade partners, travel agencies, sales agents and the media, who have all been incredibly supportive and contributed to this growing demand. They have fully endorsed our award winning product and our unique onboard service and hospitality, which help to differentiate Oman Air from the competition.
To develop the European market and particularly grow our presence in Paris we have focused very much on our premium product offering, developing very close relationships with a core corporate customer base. In addition our e-commerce teams have been instrumental in ensuring that we are maintain close contact with our valued customers through a range of initiatives.
We will operate a mix of 787 and 788 aircraft on the route to give our passengers maximum comfort during the flight.
This growing commitment in Paris is part of Oman Air’s ambitious and dynamic programme of fleet and network expansion. This has included the delivery of new aircraft and the introduction of a range of exciting new destinations and new products and services which contribute to a seamless passenger experience. To echo the recent words of our CEO Mr. Gregorowitsch this means that Oman Air is therefore in a strong position to continue its progress towards becoming a successful, sustainable company of the highest quality: in other words, To Become the Best.”
