Air Wisconsin Announces Senior Management Change

Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation today announced the appointment of Janet Huculak to the position of Vice President of Maintenance and Procurement reporting directly to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Bob Frisch.

Huculak will be responsible for leading all Maintenance and Engineering functions associated with Air Wisconsin’s fleet of CRJ-200 aircraft, which the airline operates exclusively for American Airlines as an American Eagle regional carrier. Additionally, she will continue to lead all functions associated with Air Wisconsin’s Procurement department.

Since joining the airline in 1997, Janet has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility including Assistant Controller, Managing Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and most recently as Vice President of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement.

“Janet is a highly valued member of our Senior Leadership team who continuously contributes to improving economic and operational efficiency at our airline,” said Frisch, Senior Vice President and COO.

“I look forward to Janet and her new team continuing to add valuable contributions to Air Wisconsin’s success going forward.”

Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation, founded in 1965, operates approximately 450 departures per day system-wide to 26 states and three Canadian provinces in partnership with American Airlines. The fleet includes 66 Canadair Regional Jets (CRJ-200). With service to 70 cities throughout North America, Air Wisconsin carries nearly 6 million passengers per year operating as American Eagle.
