CommutAir Appoints Adam Kline EWR Base Chief Pilot

    CommutAir has named Adam Kline to EWR Base Chief Pilot as it opens an Embraer 145 base in its growing Newark, NJ operation.

    Adam was a pilot with CommutAir from 2006-2010 and most recently flew for DynCorp International as a DHC-8 Standardized Pilot. Adam is a graduate of Florida Institute of Technology, and he is currently pursuing his Masters of Science in Aviation Safety Systems at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

    CommutAir, operating as United Express, was founded in 1989 and is majority owned by Champlain Enterprises Inc. Today CommutAir operates more than 900 weekly flights to more than 30 destinations, with Bombardier Q200/300 and Embraer ERJ145 aircraft, from bases in Newark, NJ and Washington–Dulles.
