Moroccan Airports registered a 0.31% increase in passenger traffic during the first half of 2016, recording 8,289,475 passengers compared to the same period of 2015.
Mohammed V International Airport recorded 3,832,548 passengers (+2.33%), Rabat- Salé International Airport recorded 409,077 passengers (+25.04%) and Tangier Ibn Battouta International Airport recorded 359,719 passengers (+9.35%).
During the first half of 2016, aircraft movements at Moroccan airports totaled 74,793 movements, up 1.31% compared to the same period of 2015.
Freight volumes during the first six months at Moroccan airports increased by 11.55% over the same period of 2015 reaching 34,689.13 tons; against 31,096.76 tons in H1 2015.
