Turkish Airlines Orders Three Boeing 777 Freighters

Boeing and Turkish Airlines announced that the carrier ordered three more Boeing 777 Freighters in December 2017. The new order came weeks after the carrier took delivery of two of the large cargo jets as part of its plan to further expand its freight business.

International Airlines Group (IAG) is to buy assets of the Austrian airline Niki, which was formerly part of the Air Berlin group, for €20 million and provide liquidity to Niki of up to €16.5 million.
