Allegiant today launches nonstop seasonal flights to West Palm Beach and the Big Easy from Pittsburgh.
“Allegiant’s launch of these new flights from Pittsburgh to Palm Beach and New Orleans is very exciting for all three communities”, said Jude Bricker, Allegiant Chief Operating Officer.
West Palm Beach
The new seasonal flights will operate twice weekly and expand on the service Allegiant currently operates to Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). The service will run from Feb. 19, 2016 through May 16, 2016. The new flights will bring more than 4,000 additional visitors each year to the Palm Beach area and generate an estimated $3.6 million in total visitor spending annually.

New Orleans
The new, year-round flights will operate twice weekly and expand on the flights Allegiant currently operates to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). The flights will bring nearly 17,000 additional visitors each year to the New Orleans area and generate an estimated $15.4 million annually in total visitor spending.
