BOC Aviation Delivers Four New Airbus A320ceo Aircraft to Loong Air

BOC Aviation has announced the delivery of three new Airbus A320CEO aircraft to Chinese carrier Loong Airt his week, as part of a five-aircraft A320CEO lease placement to Loong Air from the Company’s orderbook, under which one was delivered in October 2017.

“We are pleased to welcome Loong Air as a new customer and to support its network growth plans in the rapidly expanding Chinese market,” said Robert Martin, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of BOC Aviation.

Mr. Liu Qihong, Chairman of Loong Air said:

The aviation industry is one of the most important priorities for the Zhejiang government, and Loong Air is well positioned to capitalize on these opportunities for growth. Founded in 2011, Zhejiang Loong Airlines is the first and only local airline to provide both passenger and cargo services in Zhejiang Province. The airline is based in Hangzhou Xiao Shan International Airport, serving both the international and domestic passenger and cargo markets. Since the inception of its passenger services at the end of December 2013, its fleet has grown to 30 aircraft today. It operates a total of 158 regional and international routes.
