Cobham Secures Five-year Contract With Chevron Australia

Cobham Regional Services (Cobham) has secured a five-year contract with Chevron Australia through a competitive tender process and will continue to provide flights between Perth and Barrow Island in support of Chevron’s operations and projects in Western Australia.

This is the second win that Cobham Regional Services has achieved in the Western Australian resource sector within the past few months, reaffirming its strong, continuing presence in the region.

“We have been flying for Chevron since 2010 and our focus has been on innovating and adapting to provide safe, compliant and flexible services while maintaining the integrity of the Class A nature reserve on Barrow Island,” said Cobham Vice President of Commercial Aviation Nick Mair.

“We are delighted to continue providing services to suit Chevron’s unique requirements, including flights, dedicated terminal and quarantine services, delivered by a highly experienced and professional team.

“Winning this contract demonstrates the continued strength of our value proposition to our valued customer in an extremely tough market,” he added.
