interCaribbean Airways Announces New Service Between Tortola and Santo Domingo

interCaribbean Airways continues to increase destinations from Tortola- Beef Island (EIS) with new non-stop flights to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

The service provided with 30 seater Embraer 120 aircraft commences on May 3, 2017, and adds to interCaribbean’ current nonstop flights from Beef Island to both San Juan and Antigua giving increased connectivity to Tortola.

Trevor Sadler, interCaribbean Chief Executive Officer said:

“Tortola is a great destination covering a wide range of tourist possibilities, especially for sailing, with quite possibly the largest sailing fleet worldwide. The BVI offers unique Islands, fabulous boutique resorts, and exclusive villas. We are happy to be adding another nonstop destination to Tortola to increase the connections to the BVI and opens a new Caribbean connection point, especially for Latin America.

This new service increases the arrival points into Tortola, and for those for whom entry via the USA is not an option, interCaribbean continues to expand and provide welcome service to the Caribbean Community as it seeks to increase tourism arrivals.
