Royal Air Maroc launches flights to Nairobi

Royal Air Maroc launched on 30 March its first direct flight that links Nairobi with Casablanca.

The new route is being operated twice a week, and is the first route to link Morocco with Kenya. Nairobi became the 33rd African destination for Royal Air Maroc and its first in Eastern Africa. Flights to Nairobi are being operated by a B767.

Royal Air Maroc, more commonly known as simply RAM, is the Moroccan national carrier, as well as the country’s largest airline. RAM is fully owned by the government of Morocco, and has its headquarters on the grounds of Casablanca-Anfa Airport.
