Transavia France appoints new CEO

As from 1 February 2016, Nathalie Stubler will be appointed CEO of Transavia France.

She replaces Antoine Pussiau, who will be joining the Air France-KLM Group’s commercial division as SVP Asia Pacific. Patrick Roux, the current SVP Air France-KLM Asia Pacific, becomes SVP Alliances at Air France-KLM.

Nathalie Stubler has solid experience in the airline industry and has held various positions within Air France and Air France-KLM, particularly in the network, sales, revenue management and pricing divisions. More recently, she has been involved in the development strategy of medium and short-haul operations, including the development of Transavia. She was previously Chief of Staff for Air France-KLM’s Chairman and CEO and a member of Transavia France’s Supervisory Board.

Over the past three years, Antoine Pussiau has largely contributed to Transavia France’s rapid progress. Operating close to 100 routes, in 2016 Transavia France will have carried 6 million passengers on its routes, three times more than in 2012. Nathalie Stubler will continue Transavia’s development in France, notably to increase its profitability and the expansion of its operations, while promoting synergies with Transavia Holland.

Aged 47, a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, from 1992 to 2012 Nathalie Stubler held various management positions, first at Air Inter, then at Air France, notably at the Network, Commercial, Corporate Social Responsibility, Revenue Management and Pricing divisions.

In 2013, she held an executive position at Air France in charge of Revenue Management and Network, before joining the Air France KLM group as SVP Network Strategy.

Since September 2014 she has been Chief of Staff for the Group’s Chairman, Alexandre de Juniac, and Secretary of the Air France-KLM Group’s Executive Committee.
