WestJet announced today it will begin daily service between the Greater Sudbury Airport and Toronto Pearson International Airport starting February 3, 2017.
Operated regional airline WestJet Encore, the service will increase to three daily flights in May 2017.

Launched in June 2013, WestJet Encore now operates more than 180 daily departures to a total of 36 destinations across Canada and the U.S. with a fleet of 32 Canadian-made Bombardier Q400 NextGen aircraft. By mid-2018, the regional airline will have a total of 45 aircraft.
