S7 Airlines and Emirates to codeshare

S7 Airlines and Emirates has signed codeshare agreement.

S7 Airlines and Emirates are cooperating since 2003 within the framework of an interline agreement, which was extended in 2008. Under the codeshare agreement, Emirates will put the code for more than 30 Russian S7 Airlines routes. At the same time, Emirates will add the code to S7 Airlines flights from Moscow to Dubai.

S7 Airlines will offer its passengers flights to Dubai from different regions of Russia. In turn, Emirates passengers will be able to travel with a connection in Moscow to the following domestic destinations: Anapa, Astrakhan, Barnaul, Vladikavkaz, Volgograd, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Kemerovo, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Mineralnye Vody, Nizhnekamsk, Nizhnevartovsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novy Urengoy, Novokuznetsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, St. Petersburg, Samara, Sochi, Stavropol, Tomsk, Tyumen, Ufa, Chelyabinsk. On all flights of a single ticket is issued in a single trip.

“The code-share agreement with S7 Airlines opens new opportunities for our customers. Now we can offer them a wide choice of destinations and convenient connections, making them travel to Russia more comfortable, ” – noted Okoko Thierry (Thierry Aucoc), senior vice president of Emirates commercial operations in Europe and the Russian Federation.

Anton Eremin, Deputy General Director of S7 Group, added: “The partnership agreement provides additional options for passengers S7 Airlines – Russian travelers will be able to go to Dubai or other popular destinations Emirates route network from the nearest regional airport.”
