Wizz Air announced today a new route from Sibiu to Dortmund in Germany which will commence on 26 October.
The new service will initially operate 2 times a week.
Dortmund is the second destination from Sibiu after the London Luton service began operations on 14 June on the airline’s low fares. With the addition of the new route, Wizz Air’s route network in Romania will now grow to a total of 88 routes to 15 different countries.
Wizz Air’s Daniel Carvalho said: “After significant growth announcements in Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara last week, Wizz Air now announces a new Sibiu service to Dortmund. We hope that this route will be as popular as the other 88 in the Romanian network. We also hope that this new service can contribute to strengthen business relations and tourism between both countries. ”
